Christine joined Foundations after some unsuccessful attempts using “quick fix” type diets.

She realized that none of them were sustainable, but more importantly none of them gave her what she was really looking for – education about why she was doing the things she was doing.

She also realized that the programs weren’t really setting her up to be able to maintain weight loss long-term.

Throughout Foundations, Christine was not only given the tools to lose weight, but she was given the education to go along with them. This left Christine feeling prepared to graduate the program and take on maintenance herself.

Christine says that prior to completing Foundations she never really considered herself to be a fit and healthy person.

She admits to actively going out of her way to avoid situations where her athleticism (or perceived lack of) would be on display. This meant she found herself on the sidelines watching life happen rather than jumping in and participating.

After graduating, Christine is an active participant in her life and fully identifies as a fit and healthy person.

One of the things that Christine credits her ability to lose and maintain weight loss to is the community aspect of Foundations.

She firmly believes that when you surround yourself with people who are in the same boat or are already living the life you want to live it’s easier to stay committed to your goals.

Finding a community of life-minded individuals in Foundations and adopting the mindset of building a positive reputation with herself (and among her friends and family) helped Christine become the person she’s always wanted to be.

Since joining and graduating from Foundations, Christine has:
✅lost 25lbs and successfully maintained at her new weight
✅ran a 5K Spartan Race
✅started identifying as a fit and healthy person
✅learned how to make maintenance fit her lifestyle
and we’re here to tell you that all of these things are possible for you too!
