144. What It Looks Like To Go All-In On Your Goals

Today’s client spotlight, Susan, came to EA Coaching ready to go all-in on learning and applying everything she needed to stop feeling so fluffy and start feeling STRONG, again.

She did just that. Being coachable, immersing herself in our coaching community and resources, Susan didn’t just drop a clothing size and gain a whole new wardrobe of clothes she wasn’t sure would fit, again.

She set herself up to maintain her results pretty effortlessly while enjoying retirement and being a grandma.

You will learn so much from Susan and I can’t wait for you to get to know her.
