If you haven’t experienced the “grind,” you will.
You probably have, you just may not have heard of it by this name.
The “grind” is when you’ve been committed to your weight loss goals for 4-6 weeks, have made some progress, but start to feel like you’re still working really hard and have very little to show for it.
It’s when you’re tempted to throw in the towel since what you’re doing obviously isn’t working, anyway.
It’s when you are most prone to giving up but you CAN’T if you want to make more progress than the first few pounds.
