153. Using RAIN to Develop Self-Compassion & Self-Trust with Karel Chan

I know you hear a lot about how important it is to treat yourself with compassion, to learn to trust yourself, and to want to change from a place of love rather than self-hatred but easier said than done, right?

Today I’m joined by therapist-turned-mindfulness-and-self-love-coach, Karel Chan, who’s sharing with us a specific tool called the RAIN practice that will help you actually DO those things.

When done consistently, this practice can help you reduce or even completely eliminate cravings for food, booze, cigarettes, or whatever is your default coping mechanism.

Karel Chan is a licensed therapist and mindfulness and self love coach. Anchored Awakening is her coaching practice, guiding passionate, high-achieving women to heal from heartbreak, shame, and self loathing through inner child work and authentic self love.
