It’s not comfortable or pleasant to talk about but losing a parent – and grief, in general – is inevitable and today’s conversation with grief coach, Jacey Keller, will help you be prepared.
Whether you’ve just experienced a loss, your parents are alive and well, or you’re supporting a loved one through their own loss, you’ll get something out of today’s episode.
We talk about how to not lose yourself to a caregiving role, navigating acute grief right after a loss, how to get yourself to the point where you start taking care of yourself, again, and the best ways to be there while others are grieving.

Jacey ended up gaining over 40lbs as a result of overeating in grief. She battled insomnia and failed her college classes.
She went on to build a life with her husband, two kids, and a career she loves and is passionate about.
