And I know the ads marketing those things are CONVINCING.

You know you should be skeptical but you want it to be as easy as just entering your credit card number and getting a magic powder in the mail that cures all. 

Today we’re talking about supplements so you can stop wasting money on stuff that doesn’t work and be better informed about the suppelements that might be worth trying.
