It’s just not realistic — or pleasant — to think you’re never going to go out to eat, again.
It’s a fun and necessary part of life, not something you should fear or avoid.
And at the same time, the more you eat out, the less control you have over what’s in your food, which can make it harder to lose weight or maintain your previous weight loss.
