In This Episode

We’re back with a client spotlight! Michelle is a recent one-on-one coaching grad and her story is one I think a lot of us can relate to.

When we met, Michelle was worn down. She felt like she was at her breaking point. Like many of us, she had stopped working out during the pandemic and as life sped back up between work, kids, the holidays, and just everyday life her body (and mind) couldn’t keep up.

Not only has Michelle made physical changes which have positively impacted her health, but she has made the mental shifts to change her life for the better, too.

Michelle tells us about how she realized that schedule changes and caring for everyone else caused her to push her own goals to the side until one day she had enough and decided to reach out for help.

Michelle had been following Esther on social media for quite some time before connecting with her for some guidance on how to handle all of life’s stressors and the toll it was taking on her mentally and physically.

Michelle says, “By the time I reached out to Esther, I was just like completely broken. I had spent the whole pandemic making everybody else make sure they were happy and healthy and finding the best in every situation…and it came at the expense of myself.”

With the help of Esther and Coach Emilia, though, Michelle was able to flip the script and start making herself a priority again. Michelle says that while losing some weight has been great, the mindset shifts are what she is most thankful for. She’s lost weight in the past with other programs but feels like now she has the tools she needs to make this a lasting lifestyle change.

Michelle tells us about how coaching was an important piece of the puzzle that once completed helped her find her way back to herself and her happiness.
