In This Episode
Meet Angie: She’s 48, married, the mom of 2 teenagers, with a demanding full-time job.
Her story is one that I know many of you can relate to.
As her kids got older and more involved in activities and the demands of a sedentary job became greater, she found that the scaled had slowly crept into a range that she was no longer comfortable with.
That was the moment she decided to enlist help getting back to a healthier, happier, and more confident version of herself.
Having gone through other programs in the past, she knew that she needed something different this time. She wanted to gain real knowledge about nutrition and not just follow some arbitrary numbers that she wasn’t even sure where they came from.
Angie also knew that she wanted to find a program that offered accountability and someone to walk alongside her as she created new habits.
Enter Coach Meg.
She and Meg worked together to craft some realistic goals along with the consistent and sustainable habits to help her get there.
Angie exceeded the goals she set for herself during 1:1 coaching and now she’s sharing some of the impactful lessons she learned along the way with us.
You’ll Learn:

✅how focusing on her BAMs helped Angie find consistency (and flexibility)
✅the importance of life admin in her success
