Air Fryer Balsamic Red Peppers & Garlic Scrapes with Sausages

Ingredients

  • 14 ozs Chicken Sausage
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (large, sliced)
  • 2 Cups Garlic Scapes (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  • Add the sausages to the air fryer basket and cook for seven to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, toss the vegetables with the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add them to the same or a separate air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, tossing a few times, until the vegetables are starting to brown and crisp and the sausages are thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!
