Ingredients
- 14 ozs Chicken Sausage
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (large, sliced)
- 2 Cups Garlic Scapes (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Add the sausages to the air fryer basket and cook for seven to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the vegetables with the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add them to the same or a separate air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, tossing a few times, until the vegetables are starting to brown and crisp and the sausages are thoroughly cooked.
