IF YOU’RE COMING FROM 1:1 COACHING, nothing will change. You‘ll still work with your same coach, you just won‘t have your weekly calls. You’re already familiar with all the platforms so you don’t really need the rest of this info. Once you are assigned a coach, you will receive an email from email@example.com introducing you and encouraging you to set up your first SOS call with her.
We will upgrade your Member Dashboard access to include all the Club offerings and set up your account in our “portal” where you‘ll receive your weekly check-in forms, feedback from your coach, log your workouts, integrate MFP, and submit progress updates.

Weekly Check-ins & Monthly SOS Calls
Your weekly check-in form is the best way for your coach to know what’s going on with you & how she can help. The more thoroughly you complete the check-in form that is messaged to you every Friday afternoon through the portal, the better able your coach will be to give you useful feedback.

We encourage weekly measurements & photos to help us keep tabs on your progress. We find that clients who embrace the “frequent” updates are typically more open to the coaching process, overall, and therefore have better results.
We prefer this frequency, not because anything drastic happens from one week to the next but because it helps you make doing it routine, gives you a weekend anchor to your goals, and will help you be more consistent with measuring sites so that the data you’re collecting is more reliable. We’re better able to track trends and make adjustments when we have more data.
If you have concerns about this, you can discuss this with your coach on your first SOS Call.
SOS Calls are available to you once a month to touch base with your coach, goal set, share wins & challenges, etc. You can book them at www.estheravant.com/book or through the link in your Member Dashboard.
