Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 4 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed, thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF (191ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet and toss with avocado oil. Spread evenly and season with salt. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes or until fork tender and the edges have crisped.
- Transfer onto plates and serve as a side dish. Enjoy!
No Avocado OilUse olive oil, coconut oil or sunflower seed oil instead.
