Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt (223g)
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tbsps Granola (14g)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar-Free Pudding Mix (flavor of choice)

Instructions

  • Measure yogurt into bowl. Top with fruit & granola. (Do the reverse if you like the fruit on the bottom.) Enjoy!

Notes

  • Dairy-Free

    Use a dairy-free yogurt like coconut, almond or cashew. (This will reduce protein content.)
  • No Berries

    Use any type of fruit instead.
