Honey Roasted Plums with Ricotta
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 4 Plums (halved)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ (205℃) and grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with coconut oil.
- Place the plums into the dish face down and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the plums have softened. Serve over ricotta and enjoy!
