Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cucumber (medium, diced)
  • 3 Tomato (medium, diced)
  • 3/4 cup Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsps Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
