Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Green Lentils (cooked, drained and rinsed)
- 3/4 cup Salsa
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the lentils and salsa until warmed through, about five minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with cilantro if using, and serve with toast. Enjoy!
