  • 3/4 cup Green Lentils (cooked, drained and rinsed)
  • 3/4 cup Salsa
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped, optional)


  • In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the lentils and salsa until warmed through, about five minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl, garnish with cilantro if using, and serve with toast. Enjoy!

    Refrigerate the lentil salsa in an airtight container for up to four days.

    One serving equals approximately one and a half cups of lentil salsa with one slice of toast.
