Ingredients
- 4 ozs Edamame Pasta (dry, uncooked)
- 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and saute, then add the beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Once it is completely cooked through, pour the tomato sauce over top and mix well.
- Divide the cooked pasta into containers and divide the meat sauce over top. Enjoy!
