Peach & Cottage Cheese Toast
- 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread (toasted)
- 1/2 Peach (medium, pitted, sliced)
- 2 tbsps Pumpkin Seeds
- Spread the cottage cheese over the toast. Top with peach slices and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
