Your ticket OFF the weight loss rollercoaster is...
having a comprehensive support system to guide you.
having a comprehensive support system to guide you.
I know you might be surprised I’m not telling you it’s your age, hormones, or carb intake, right?!
Those are common scapegoats but ultimately are NOT the reason you’re struggling to lose weight & keep it off.
The reality of it is that the overwhelming majority of women who lose weight will gain it back.
The approach most women are taking DOES NOT work!
Keep reading to learn how the “Big Rocks” of exercise and nutrition are the key to being in the minority of women who lose weight and keep it off!
When it comes to getting support, most women are going about it all wrong!
Most women (myself included, for years) feel like we should be able to figure it out on our own or that reaching out for help is somehow a sign of weakness or defeat – when really it’s the exact opposite!
Having a support system isn’t about telling your husband to slap cookies out of your hand or having a friend you text for “accountability” (but really just let each other off the hook when you’re making excuses!).
If we do sign up for a loss program, it’s a big, generic one where accountability comes in the form of transactional, impersonal check-ins.
Without a relationship with an actual human, you’ve pulled away when you needed support the most and no one noticed because you were nothing more than a number.
You are a human being with so much more to you than just the number of pounds you want to lose and your support system needs to see you as such.
It’s about having a person, a community of people who are in this thing with you. Who are as invested in your success as you are, who believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. Who are there to cheer you on when you’re winning and prop you up when you feel like you’re failing.
Imagine how much different your results could be if you were getting feedback from a professional who actually knows YOU & didn’t feel like you were grasping at straws trying to figure out what to do when you’re not seeing results as quickly as you’d like? If you didn’t have to turn to Google or FB to get your questions answered? If you didn’t feel so alone in your journey?
Having support can provide you:
- A roadmap to follow so that you’re no longer getting distracted by every shiny object in the road
- The external accountability you need to actually get in that driver’s seat and do the things
- The opportunity to learn and grow every week with dynamic feedback from coaches who know you as a person, not just a number
- Meaningful relationships with peers who intimately understand you & your challenges and are committed to working through them together & to see you succeed, even if you don’t have support in your “real” life
I can’t stress enough how much of a game changer it is to not feel alone in this!
Oh, BTW, I’m Esther!
I’m a sports nutritionist, weight loss coach, personal trainer, creator of the Gone For Good program, and I’ve helped hundreds of busy moms get off the weight loss rollercoaster for the last 17 years.
If you feel like there must be a better way to lose weight & drop inches than obsessing over macros, cardio and meal plans – you’re right – and I can show you how.
It’s time to get strong, shed pounds and feel confident – for good.
My clients are so successful because we take a completely different approach than most weight loss programs: when I created Gone For Good, I thought about what would have helped my mom overcome her struggles with her weight and make lasting changes to her lifestyle.
She – and all women – need comprehensive support, simplicity, and to learn how to trust themselves and get out of their own way. So I created a program that does just that.
Create Your Comprehensive Support System...

2) Sign up for lessons or classes for an activity you’ve always been interested in or want to get back into. Not only will having an appointment on the calendar help you show up consistently, you’re likely to meet other women in your area who value movement & health, too!
3) Join my Gone For Good program. If you’re ready to develop the consistency, commitment, and confidence you need to reach your weight loss goals & maintain them, our 12-week coaching program will show you how to do just that!
