  • 12 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (shredded)
  • 4 stalks Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps Sriracha
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)


  • In a large bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, and cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the spicy mayonnaise to the chicken mixture and mix well to combine.


  • Leftovers

    Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

    Serve on top of mixed greens, as a sandwich, or in a wrap for different variations.
