Movement Pattern Video Series

The following videos will introduce you to the basic movement patterns that you’ll be seeing variations of in your strength training program.

After watching the videos, we encourage you to complete the homework and take a video of yourself performing the exercises. You can upload this to the FB group or via the portal for feedback from your coaches.

We know this might be uncomfortable for you but being able to see how you move is hugely helpful for us to modify your program accordingly.
