103. Client Spotlight: Andrea

Client Spotlight: Andrea

In This Episode

We’re back with another Client Spotlight and this week you’ll hear from Andrea who is sharing all about her experience with EA Coaching.

“Maybe this is just middle age.”

That thought crossed Andrea’s mind as she felt her former identity as an athlete slipping further and further away.

Andrea spent most of her youth and young adulthood participating in sports – even playing volleyball at the collegiate level – but, as it often does, life started getting busy and she found herself dropping on her priority list.

As a working mom to three kids and a military spouse, Andrea is no stranger to busy schedules.

But when she realized that the busyness was causing her to lose herself, she wasn’t willing to accept that this is how it had to be.

Inspired by Coach Meg, who’s a couple years older, she decided to get help getting back to feeling like herself again.

Andrea credits her success with coaching to a strong sense of integrity and a set of values that helped her maintain honesty with herself and Coach Meg along with an element of forgiveness that’s built into the program.

She says, “It just became a life changing program, not just something I’m doing for a few months and losing a bunch of weight. It’s something that is a lifelong thing, or I perceive it to be a very, very much a lifelong change in my mentality.”

You’ll Learn:
✅why Andrea decided to reach out for help
✅how coaching helped her improve her quality of life
✅the importance of building life around consistent values that matter to you
✅what Andrea said made this experience different from others she’s had in the past.
