Moving back to the US after 3 years in Germany opened my eyes to just how difficult it is to lose weight (or keep it off) in the US.

While there are a lot of improvements we could make on a societal or cultural level, I want you to see the autonomy you have over your choices so you don’t feel like a victim of circumstance.

With the heightened awareness you’ll have after today’s episode, it’ll be easier for you to overcome these challenges and be in the minority of Americans who successfully lose weight and keep it off.
