152. [Jimeane's Story] Feeling As Good At 63 As In Your 30s

Getting older does NOT mean resigning yourself to living out the rest of your days on a rocker on the front porch and today’s guest, Jimeane, is all the evidence you’ll need of that.

Married to her marathon running husband for 45 years, she was unwilling to accept that getting older would mean being overweight and sedentary.

She joined Gone For Good 3 months ago wanting to lose weight, keep up with her 8(!) grandkids and lower her cholesterol.

Now? She’s reduced her cholesterol by 65 POINTS, lost more than 14 pounds, more than 20 inches, and has the energy to watch the majority of her grandkids all summer!

Get ready to be inspired by Jimeane’s positive outlook and willingness to learn new things so she can live her best life.
