211. Getting Back to Where You Were After Setbacks {Sarah’s Story}

Up until 2022, Sarah was in a good routine: working out regularly, happy with how she looked, feeling strong, etc.

Then life came at her fast with a work promotion that meant even more travel, surgery, and autoimmune flare-up.

Despite knowing what to do, she signed up for Gone For Good because she wanted the accountability and support to help her get out of her own way.

Back at her goal weight, hitting nonstop PRs in the gym, and with her confidence back, Sarah’s redemption story is one that I know will inspire you.

If you’ve ever wondered why it’s so hard to change how you eat or feel about your body, this episode will shed light on just how complex our relationships with food really are.
